Other Ingredients: cellulose, modified cellulose gum, modified cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, soy lecithin, and carnauba wax.

Recommendations: Two tablets at bedtime. May increase to three or four tablets at bedtime, if needed. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.
