ImmunoPro® Rx and RenewPro™ are non-denatured and biologically active whey protein products of unsurpassed quality, containing high levels of lactoferrin, immunoglobulins, active peptides and growth factors.* The whey is obtained from pasture-fed, pesticide-free, chemical-free, hormone-free, antibiotic-free, GMO-free, healthy cows. These cows have never been hyperimmunized or injected with pathogens, nor fed any imported food or mammalian protein. Dietary whey products are usually by-products of cheese production, in which the milk goes through a HTST (High Temperature Short Time) pasteurization, chemical modification and pH regulation. These steps necessarily denature (damage) the whey proteins, and compromise the preservation of complete biological activity of the final whey. Yet some of these whey products are still referred to as cold-processed and non-denatured. ImmunoPro Rx® and RenewPro™ whey protein concentrates are not by-products of cheese production. Their production process uses no chemical modification or pH regulation in the milk or whey. They contain exceptional amounts of the highest quality milk whey proteins, intact and non-denatured, unaltered by heat, chemicals, enzymes or processing. These whey proteins are highly concentrated, effective and cost effective, and include the vital protein-bound fats that whey protein isolates remove. The intact and non-denatured milk whey proteins in ImmunoPro® Rx and RenewPro™ include active peptides (boost intracellular glutathione), growth factors (participate in regeneration, muscle building, converting fat to fuel, and repairing DNA and RNA), bovine serum albumin (provides abundant glutathione precursors), naturally occurring covalent bonded cysteine (a glutathione precursor), lactoferrin (helps maintain normal iron homeostasis, and participates in balancing gut microbiology), and immunoglobulins (critically important to several aspect of the immune system).* The full range of biologically active proteins also play major roles in antioxidant activity, support of liver function, and support of red blood cell production.* They also are involved in the binding and safe removal of heavy metals, support of wound healing and growth of new muscle, and the support of a variety of immune functions.* ImmunoPro Rx® and RenewPro™ use the same highest quality proprietary native whey protein concentrate. RenewPro™ is naturally sweetened with Lo Han Guo, contains slightly less concentrated immunoglobulin content, and may mix more smoothly. They both are completely stable at any shipping temperature. They have a high density and the volume will settle in the jar.

Suggested Use

Suggested Use: Add to water, milk, semi-liquid dairy products or a dairy substitute. You may use a container to shake it, or an electric blender on low speed for a short duration and there will be no damage to the proteins. Liquids may be cold or room temperature - do not use liquids above body temperature. If possible drink slowly and let it circulate in the mouth before swallowing, to promote the uptake of the native protein peptides. Alternately, place a small amount of the powder directly in the mouth, 1/2 teaspoon, as often as desired and chew slowly. Consume 1 or more times daily. Best taken without any solid food. The whey proteins are easily denatured through heat and pH change, and mixing them with other types of food can induce a pH change and slow the transit time in the stomach through its digestive response to the solid food. Liquids that are not neutral in their pH can also denature the proteins, for example, most fruit juices, coffee, and tea. The addition of a sweetener or flavoring for palatability is acceptable.

Possible Whey Protein Reactions: If one has a true milk allergy, all dairy products need to be avoided. People with this condition are usually aware of it. Intolerance to milk products is different from an allergy, and can result from consuming dairy proteins that are damaged by pasteurization and processing. The native whey proteins in ImmunoPro Rx® and RenewPro™ do not contain such damaged enzymes or protein components. For sensitive individuals a quality probiotic product used concurrently may be helpful. Candida has also been reported as a possible condition that may cause intolerance. Lactose content is 0.3 g per 5 grams, well below the level for intolerance. True lactose intolerance usually presents itself as diarrhea. If there is a possibility you may be sensitive, consult with your healthcare professional regarding dosage. Possible suggestions include: Begin with one measuring teaspoon (approx. 1.5 grams) or less. Ingest on an empty stomach and refrain from eating for 15 minutes. Ramp up slowly to avoid possible uncomfortable responses. Try placing 1/2 teaspoon of the powder in the mouth and let it dissolve by slowly chewing it. Sensitive individuals may alternate days of use.
