Directions:
Take or dissove one tablet in mouth 1 to 4 times daily, or as
directed by your qualified healthcare professional

NOT take if you are preganat, lactating, or are taking any
prescription antidepressants (e.g. SSRI's, MAO
inhibitors, or tricyclics), carbidopa, or tramadol.
